Our quality control starts from the initial stage of sourcing raw materials.

During fabric-making process,quality and standard of yarns, fabric construction, color fastness, surface designs,etc. have been closly watched over and tested before cutting.

We exercise a format of 1+2+1 in the production quality system:

One factory controller in sewing worshop ensures the quality from the cutting pieces to the sewing  and workshop in full compliance with approved samples.

Two factory controllers in trimming procedure ensures clear trimming, measurement in chart, well ironing,etc.

One office inspector for general inspection.
